Using our in-house expertise we are able to provide clients with a design proposal for both new build and refurbishment projects or for building alterations, incorporating office refits and space planning.

We often provide this service from conception to completion on behalf of clients. This involves (but is not limited to):

  • Initial Site Visit To Discuss Requirements
  • Take Measurements
  • Preparation Of Detailed Specification & Drawings
  • After Your Approval, Seek Competitive Tenders From Approved, Contractors
  • Submit Tender Report For Your Consideration & Approval
  • Prepare Contract Documents For Agreement
  • Instruct Chosen Contractor Accordingly

Once the works commence, regular site inspections and meetings are held and minuted for your records. Any defects and/ore variations are dealt with and necessary valuations are undertaken and certified for any interim payments to the contractor.

A certificate is issued at the completion stage and the contractor’s accounts adjudicated and agreed on your behalf.

At the final account stage, all necessary guarantees and certification is obtained from the contractor prior to the final payment being made.

In some cases, it might be necessary to arrange for the instruction of specialist consultants – for example – structural / mechanical / electrical engineers. We make arrangements for these to be appropriately vetted to ensure they are capable of undertaking the task required and monitor them accordingly.

Some works may be undertaken by others, such landlords or developers, on behalf of clients. In this situation, we are able to independently monitor the project to ensure that the works are undertaken correctly necessary documentation provided on completion.
