Edgeworth Street acts for and on behalf of clients and are instrumental in setting up Planned Preventative Maintenance Programmes in order to reconcile service charge and long term expenditure on client portfolios.
Duties include inspecting and diagnosing defects and advising clients of remedial works, seeking and adjudicating quotations/tenders and arranging and monitoring works, authorising payment to Contractors upon satisfactory completion.
We have extensive experience in respect of dangerous structures, contraventions of Public Health Acts and liaising with Local Authority for grant aid regarding listed building consent.
