We are about to launch a new web site at Commercial-Property.co.uk that will provide free commercial property advertising for agents, landlords and property managers.

The new site will far more than just advertising though, as we'll be allowing regular guest writers to add content about their specialist subjects, whether it be surveying, legal issues, lettings, sales etc.

Our hope is to attract commercial property letting and sales agents, commercial property managers, fund managers and other associated professionals to the site.

Commercial-Property.co.uk will provide something that is missing in the commercial property market at the moment - a dedicated and independent site where lettings and sales companies can have a full page advertisement feature promoting their services, together with the ability to upload property details, have them converted automatically to downloadable pdf documents and also be linked in to Google Earth, allowing prospective tenants or buyers exactly where the property is situated.

Value Added Services For Clients

With the new rating rules coming into play in 2008, we will be offering all of our clients the opportunity of having void properties listed automatically on Commercial-Property.co.uk.

Our surveys always involve photographing the premises being surveyed and we can use these photographs (and certain survey information) to compile an advertisement for incusion on the site.

In addition to having information about a property, a potential tenant or purchaser might be able to download an asbestos survey, energy certificate and scaled floorplan drawing at the same time that they download general property information.
