Pre-Installation Roof Surveys
Working on behalf of installers of air handling, air conditioning and renewable energy suppliers nationwide, we are able to conduct the pre-installation roof surveys that ensure that a roof is in suitable condition to accommodate large scale installations.
Occasionally, we may also engage the services of a structural engineer to assist with calculations for particularly complex works that involve adding considerable weight to a roof or structure.

In addition to carrying out the important pre-survey work, this type of survey is also important for recording the condition of the roof and property prior to any installation, to avoid malicious or fraudulent damages claims following an installation.
Our roof surveys are available nationwide for clients with multiple requirements, on a fixed-fee basis regardless of the size of the properties.
It should be noted that a cherry picker will required in many cases, especially on high bay buildings. The cost of such access equipment is charged in addition to the cost of the survey.
