During a planned maintenance survey, we inspect and diagnose defects and advise clients of possible remedial works, seeking and adjudicating quotations/tenders and arranging and monitoring works, authorising payment to Contractors upon satisfactory completion.
We have extensive experience in respect of dangerous structures, contraventions of Public Health Acts and liaising with Local Authority for grant aid regarding listed building consent.
All buildings require maintenance and repair and Edgworth Street is highly experienced at prearing detailed planned maintenance schedules designed to save money for the landlord, whilst keeping the properties in good condition.
